Shipping Information
If you place your order by 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday - Friday (4:00pm for Priority Mail), we do our best to ship it the same business day (unless noted otherwise.)  If you place your order after 5:00 PM ET on Friday afternoon (or on a weekend or national holiday) your order will ship the following Monday or the next business day if Monday is a holiday.

We ship from our Austin warehouse or one of more than 10 regional warehouses located throughout the United States.   Occasionally, we will drop ship your order from one of the regional warehouses.  We do our best to make certain that you receive all the items you ordered as quickly as possible.  Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple packages from different warehouses.

How We Ship
We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Please let us know if it is necessary for us to ship your order by a specific carrier.  If you want to ship by another service, please let us know when you check out by writing a note in the "Special Instructions" section and we will do our best to accommodate you.  We can also use your UPS or FedEx account if you would like.

Where We Ship To
We ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories.  We also ship to Military APO/FPO address.  Please allow additional time for orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses.

Using your UPS/FedEx Account
If you would like to use your UPS or FedEx account please enter the account number under "Special Instructions" section on the checkout page along with the words "Please use my UPS (of FedEx) account.  Account numbers will be verified with UPS/FedEx and then shipping cost will be removed.  (Only available in the U.S.)

International Shipping
We ship to all addresses within the United States and it's Territories.  We do not ship to international addresses or accept orders where the credit card billing address is outside of the U.S. and it's Territories.

Shipping Cost
Your shipping cost is determined by:

• the shipping method you choose,

• your location and

• the weight and size of your order.

When you place your order, you will be able to select the shipping method and know your shipping cost before you enter your credit card information.

Service Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers when we believe that an alternate carrier will provide better service.

 

Free Shipping
Orders over $500 are shipped free as long as the ship to address is in the Continental United States. Please note that CD, DVD and Blu-Ray Disc and VHS Tapes along with VHS and DVD/CD Packaging are not eligible for Free Shipping.

USPS Priority Mail
If you are purchasing small quantities of products that are light weight, consider USPS Priority Mail. Delivery is approximately 2-4 business days anywhere in the Continental US and it is the usually the most economical method of shipping these tapes. Also, USPS ships and delivers on Saturday at no extra charge.

UPS Business Day
Fast, reliable delivery to every address in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. UPS and FedEx guarantee delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on the destination.

Next Business Day PM
An affordable delivery option for those important shipments that require next-business-day delivery, but don't have to be there in the morning. UPS and FedEx guarantee delivery by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states where Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively.

Residential deliveries by Next Business Day PM receive delivery by end of business day.

Second Business Day
Provides 2nd Business Day service through out the continental U.S.. This service is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service.

Third Business Day
The ideal mix of economy and guaranteed on-time delivery,  Third Business Day guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.

Standard Ground
Prompt, dependable, low-cost ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. Standard Ground reaches every address throughout the 48 contiguous states.  Delivery time is usually 2-5 Business Days.

Saturday Delivery
Normal UPS / FedEx service does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. If you require delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

California Orders
Occasionally, if we do not have a product in our Austin warehouse, we may not be able to ship the product from one of the regional warehouses directly to California.  In this case, we will ship the product to our Austin, Texas warehouse, then immediately re-ship the product to you. You will not be charged for additional shipping. This will add 2-3 business days onto to delivery of your order. Customers shipping to other states are not affected.
