If you need to return a
product please click here to obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Additionally, please read
our return policy as stated below.
Please contact us first. Prior to returning a product, you
must obtain an RMA number. Products will not be accepted for return,
whether for exchange or credit, unless Return Authorization is obtained.
Returns for credit must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.
After 30 days of original invoice date, most products must be exchanged
with the manufacturer. Please consult the product packaging or listings
on our website for further warranty information.
Equipment, hardware, printer inks and
toner are not returnable unless defective. Additionally, some
manufacturers including, but not limited to, Primera and Microboards require items to be returned directly to them.
If you inadvertently ordered the wrong
product, you can return the product within 10 days from your order date.
You will be given credit for the value of the product if it is returned
in its original, unopened packaging. Opened or defaced items, except in
the event of a defect, may not be returned.
Data Media tapes that have had custom
barcode labels applied may not be returned.
Opened retail boxes may not be returned for
credit and will only be exchanged for the same if found defective and returned
within 15 days. Some products are supported directly through the manufacturer
and must be returned accordingly.
If you return items where you received
'free shipping', the cost of shipping those items to you will be
deducted from your credit.
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
You may want to insure
your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and
will appear on your billing statement.
When returning an item, it is important that
you return it to us with all accessories, manuals, cables, etc., in order to
receive a credit or exchange. Items returned without all accessories or
items which are defaced will be, at our discretion, either returned to you or
subjected to a 25% minimum restocking fee.
Please package your return item in a
shipping box with appropriate protection for the product. If you are not sure how to package an
item for safe shipping, please consult a local shipping company or contact us. Please place the RMA number the outside of
the shipping box next to the address label before returning it to us.
